We're excited to bring you the newest version of the Sinque app. This is a big, foundational update packed with enhancements and features that improve performance and ensure a smooth, reliable experience.
Some highlights:
New weight validation feature – sometimes something can go wrong with a measurement, so we added a new feature that automatically recognizes if something is wrong and will ask you to measure again. This can be for various reasons – the monitor is not on a hard surface, you’re holding your cat, someone else plays with your Sinque app. Whatever the reason, the app will recognize it and politely ask you to step on the monitor again. Done and dusted.
Improved performance – we fine-tuned the AI and algorithms, making the weight trend more sensitive than ever before! We updated the database, ensuring a smoother app experience, addressing issues, for example, with logging in and recording measurements.
What to do?
The update is automatic. The app might need a moment to adapt to the changes – if you notice something unusual, try logging out, closing the app and then re-launching. On rare occasions, you may need to uninstall and reinstall the app.
